Yes. The mindmaps you create — node titles, icons and tree structure — and your map settings (layout, camera position, etc.) are stored in your MainMind account so you can open them anywhere. All of it is deleted when you delete your account.
The free plan includes up to 50 nodes, tree layout, PNG export (with watermark), JSON & Markdown export, and AI brainstorming (30 times/month). PDF requires Pro or higher, SVG requires Max.
Yes. We use Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0), so we never see or store your password. Session credentials are signed and processed server-side.
Since payments are one-time, there's no subscription to cancel — when your paid period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan with no further charges. You'll get a full refund only if you request it within 7 days of payment, haven't used any paid features, and haven't switched plans (Pro↔Max) in the meantime. If you've used the paid plan for at least 1 day or switched plans within that window, the refund may be restricted. After 7 days, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of Company fault or duplicate charges. To request a refund, please use the Contact Us form.
We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We use Canvas 2D API for optimal performance on modern browsers.
